Northern Rail Limited (NRL) operates trains across the north of England. We have published this guide to explain the procedures we have in place to help disabled customers to use our services with confidence. It also contains our ‘Statement of Policy’ which is required as part of our Disabled People’s Protection Policy (DPPP).
